Why does the greenhouse growing room industry need dehumidifier?

For some greenhouses, they can transmit light and keep warm for cultivating plants. In the season that is not suitable for plant growth, it can provide a greenhouse growth period to increase yield. It is mostly used for cultivation or seedling cultivation of warm vegetable & plants in low temperature seasons.

The humidity in greenhouse is directly related to the growth and development of various crops. Scientifically and rationally adjusting the humidity conditions in the greenhouse can form an environment conducive to the growth and development of fruits and vegetables, which is an important link to ensure high yield, high quality and high benefits of crops.

Different crops have different requirements for air humidity at various stages of growth and development. For example, cucumber is a moist vegetable, and the required air humidity is about 85%-90% RH; loofah and bitter gourd are semi-humid vegetables, and the air humidity is required to be around 70%-80% RH; eggplant fruits and beans are semi-dried vegetables, and the air humidity is required to be around 55%-65% RH; watermelons and melons are of dry type, and the air humidity is required to be around 45%-55% RH.

For greenhouses, although precipitation does not flow in directly, water will flow and the soil will absorb water. Continuous precipitation will cause high humidity in the greenhouse, which is often closed. Too high air humidity will inhibit the normal transpiration of plants, slow down the normal water cycle of the soil, induce and aggravate the occurrence of diseases and insect pests, and easily cause fruits and flowers to drop, which directly affects the harvest.

Controlling the relative humidity of the air in the greenhouse has become a problem that vegetable plant growers must face and solve. Using Dorosin industrial dehumidifiers can help you easily solve these problems.
